Ryoma Takeuchi cast in movie “The Sun Does Not Move”



Ryoma Takeuchi is cast in movie “The Sun Does Not Move” (literal title) co-starring Tatsuya Fujiwara. Movie is based on two novels in the “Kazuhiko Takano Series” by Shuichi Yoshida (“Rage“). For “The Sun Does Not Move,” Ryoma Takeuchi will play Ryoichi Taoka. He works with Kazuhiko Takano (Tatsuya Fujiwara) for industrial spy organization “AN Tsuushin.” Filming for “The Sun Does Not Move” began late March, 2019 in Bulgaria and finished one month later there. Filming in Japan then began in late, April, 2019.

Kazuhiko Takano (Tatsuya Fujiwara) and Ryoichi Taoka (Ryoma Takeuchi) are agents for industrial spy organization "AN Tsuushin." They are are in a struggle over information on solar energy development. Other counties seek the innovative solar energy technology. A conspiracy exits behind the technology which can shake the political and economic world in Japan. Kazuhiko Takano faces Korean spy Kim, mysterious woman Ayako and powerful men from different countries.


“The Sun Does Not Move” will be released May, 2020 in Japan.
